Is it possible to get a proof / galley proof for print approval?

For new data, you will receive a proof for approval before the data goes to print. This way you can be sure that only released data is printed. Please note, however, that we do not send a galley proof for repeated orders.

Is it possible to request a colour proof and/or a control copy?

Yes, this possibility exists for most products. Simply select the item "Original sample print" or "White sample" under "Miscellaneous" in the respective online price calculation. Please note that an original sample press proof is only possible in digital printing.

Do you have templates that I can use when creating print data?

No, we always print your packaging and containers according to customer requirements based on the print data you provide and in completely free formats. Here you will find all common <a href="/data-check.php" title="print data requirements">print data requirements</a> clearly listed and explained. What can I do if my upload does not work?

If the upload does not work, please make sure that technical problems are not the cause, e.g. outdated internet browser version. If the upload should then continue, please contact us or send a <a href="/contact.php" title="general inquiry">general inquiry</a> via our support.

How are fine or screened fonts displayed in digital printing?

The recommendations regarding line thickness and font size in general should also be observed here.

Is it possible to send me product samples in advance?

We would be pleased to send you a sample folder with print samples selected for you. Please provide a few details about the type of print product you are interested in and select "Sample folder" in our general contact form.
