Fachpack 2019 - Labelprint24 focuses on digitization and speed
The European systems manufacturer will be presenting innovative digital packaging solutions at the international packaging trade fair in Nuremberg from September 24 to 26, 2019, which will enable the company's packaging customers to respond extremely flexibly to market requirements.
The most important exhibits from the Zeithain digital printing specialists include the new "digiBOX" and digitally printed laminate tubes. With both top product innovations, Labelprint24 has packaging in its portfolio with which a faster time-to-market can be achieved when launching new products.
What modern digital folding carton production looks like in practice will be illustrated at Fachpack using the "digiBOX" as an example. This is a 100 percent web-to-pack solution for the digital production of individually printed and finished folding cartons.
The "digiBOX" is calculated online at labelprint24.com and produced completely digitally, automatically and networked via printing, varnish application, to die cutting, folding and gluing. A breathtakingly fast high-speed laser die cutter with robot technology is used. With this line, of which there are only a few in Europe, Labelprint24 produces small and very small quantities of individually printed folding boxes from batch size 1 efficiently, economically and in short production and delivery times.
